Using Operational Archtecture to map your business.

This framework approach brings together my experience working with growing businesses, building operational systems and supporting founders directly.


We don’t just map processes — we take the time to understand what you need from the business, and build each layer in a way that supports that.


As each stage builds, the business becomes clearer, stronger and easier to run — with less pressure on you to hold everything together.


The stages we work through are:

Focus on the business: How does the business actually run?


03 Direction

Focus on strategy and vision: Where is the business going, and how?


04 Execution

Realising your vision: What needs to happen next?

At the end of this work, your business operates differently.

The investment:

This is a focused, structured piece of work delivered over approximately 12 weeks.


The investment is typically £6,000–£8,000, depending on scope.


It requires:


  • your time and input at key stages 
  • open access to how the business currently operates (systems, processes, information) 
  • and a conversation upfront to make sure this is the right fit for where you are 


This is not something done to your business — it’s something we work through together, so what we build is practical, relevant and actually works.

What you'll have:

  • a clear understanding of how your business actually runs 
  • documented processes and systems 
  • visibility of risks, gaps and inefficiencies 
  • defined priorities and direction 
  • a structured, practical plan for moving forward 
  • clarity on what can be delegated and how 
  • a business that is no longer dependent on everything sitting with you

For most clients, this means:

  •  significantly reduced day-to-day pressure 
  • more time and headspace for higher-value work 
  • improved consistency in delivery 
  • better decision-making, based on clarity rather than reaction 
  • increased capacity for growth, hiring or accreditation

Further services:

For some businesses, having the clarity, structure and plan in place is enough to move forward independently.


For others, this is just the beginning.


Once the foundations are in place, I can continue to support with implementation — helping you bring the plan to life in a practical, structured way.


This might include:


  • supporting recruitment of identified roles 
  • preparing for and working through accreditations 
  • researching and selecting new systems or software 
  • shaping and overseeing implementation of new processes or tools 
  • refining your IT and systems landscape 
  • providing ongoing structure, accountability and support as the business evolves 


This is typically offered as a retained service, tailored to the level of support you need.


So you’re not left with a plan — you have the option of ongoing support to make it happen.
