• Strategy & Operations Advisory for businesses that need hands-on thinking around direction, delivery, and how the business actually runs.

For some clients this is coaching only. For others, it becomes a longer-term advisory relationship where we move from clarity into strategy and then into execution. Different routes, same outcome: a business that fits you and works.

I don’t do hype, formulas, or one-size-fits-all frameworks. My approach is thoughtful, practical, and grounded in how businesses really operate.
