My approach to workplace coaching is grounded, supportive and emotionally intelligent.
It creates a calm space where you can untangle what’s been weighing on you, understand the patterns that keep you stuck, and build the confidence and clarity you need to show up as your best self at work.


I don’t teach corporate leadership models or performance frameworks.
Instead, I focus on you — your mind, your emotions, your self-belief, and the way you relate to your work and the people around you.

  • CBT-informed tools to shift unhelpful thinking and reduce anxiety
  • NLP techniques to strengthen confidence, communication and mindset
